Outsiders R.V. Club
Welcome!
We are a private recreational vehicle club based in Southern California.
We are a very active club with outings 11 times a year with a predominately
African American membership.
Founded in 1965 we are celebrating 59 years RV camping together.
Each spring we offer a scholarship to
a High School graduate continuing their educations at a College, University or Technical School.
How to become a Member
Requirements:
If you do not know one of our members, simply send us an email and let us know you're interested. We will put you in contact with a member of our Membership committee.
Qualifications for Membership and Initiation:
A candidate for membership shall participate with the Outsiders for a minimum of three (3) runs/roll-outs within a six-month period
A candidate must own a Recreational Vehicle.
Upon completion of basic requirements, candidate must be accepted into The Outsiders R.V. Club by a simple majority acceptance vote of the members.
Members must pay a membership fee, annual dues, and purchase an Official Maroon Polo Shirt. As a member, you are required to Host a Run which usually occurs during the first 12 months of membership (after that, it will be 2 to 3 years before you are designated wagon-master again.)
