No one wants to be in a situation where they need medical attention, but let’s be real it may happen. If it does, we want to be prepared to get the right help and to know a little more about you.
We ask that all members and even guest to our page download this template or create your own. Then complete it and stow it inside your Recreational Vehicle. In our club we recommend placing it is a clear plastic cover (even a gallon size Ziploc bag) and placing it in or near your RVs freezer.
So that if a time comes where we need to contact your next of kin or paramedics, we know who to call and what to tell them about you and your medical history. For example:
allergies to penicillin, aspirin, latex, etc.
current medicines i.e. statins, blood thinners, insulin dependent, heart or blood pressure, etc.
To our club members: Make a copy of your emergency sheet and share it with one or two members of our choice for that extra sense of comfort as a back up plan in case we cannot get into your coach in an emergency.
